Flexible Rubber Magnetic Sheets Tapes
We have various Flexible Magnetic Rolls or Tapes which are created by combining Ferrous Magnetic powder material with rubber. The rolls come in lengths of 10,15 or 30 meters and varying widths and thickness. They are magnetised on one side in a striped fashion which allows that side to adhere to any metal surface, curved or flat. These flexible rubber rolls or sheets can be cut to any length or shape as required and are ideal as labelling systems for shelving or for magnetic signage. Some products have Self Adhesive backing which allows them to be attached to Non-Magnetic surfaces permanently such as wood, timber, glass or even smooth masonry. Fly screens or double-glazing of windows can quickly be removed from steel window frames without the need for screws!
Shapes, Sizes, and Grades Available
Flexible rubber magnets standard shapes include strip, sheet and roll in the lower energy grades, strip and a variety of punched parts in ring, disc, and bar shapes in the higher energy grades. Non-standard shapes and sizes can be fabricated to blueprint specifications from raw stock. Non-standard profiles of the 0.6 MGOe material can be extruded by fabricating special dies.
