High energy extrusion magnetic strips

Magnetic strip is made of ferrite magnet powder and synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE,NBR etc.) by Extrusion process. Magnetic tape can be bent, twisted, coiled, punched, and otherwise machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy. We are able to laminate various decorative material onto the non-magnetic face of magnetic strip, White PVC vinyl, Colourful PVC vinyl, PP vinyl, Double-sided self adhensive, dry wipe finish, etc. The magnetic face would always be coated with UV coating.

High energy extrusion magnetic strips

Extrusion Magnetic Strip is made by high quality ferrite powder and synthetic rubber or plastic, which is available in standard energy or high energy, both provide superior holding power. Magnetic strip is available in plain finishing or laminated with different kinds of self adhesive. There are many types of adhesive such as indoor adhesive or outdoor adhesive, rubber based or acrylic based adhesive, please let us know the application of the strips, we will recommend the most suitable adhesive to you.

Except the standard magnetized pattern of regular Extrusion Magnetic Strip, we can offer different Magnetization patterns according to customer’s specifications.
