Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge if we have stock, but do not pay the cost of freight.
What's your MOQ?
We have no strict MOQ, if we can do, we will try our best to cooperate.
What information do I need to supply when I have an inquiry?
Kindly offer us your requirements about magnet grade, size, quantity, coating, magnetic direction, work tempreture ect.. A drawing is needed for arc shape magnets. Then best price will be offered during 24 hours.
What is your terms of payment？
For new customers we suggest T/T (30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment.).And for our loyal business partners we're open to more flexible terms such as OA, L/C, D/P etc.
How long is your lead time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods or materials are in stock, or it is 20-25 days for new production，it is according to the order quantity.
