At BearHeart we have a QC team of 12 years' experience taking care of every magnet in the production line; Full inspection can be arranged through specialized quipment&strict processing; Further more our Shipping Dept will be paying close attention on every single shipment out of our warehouse. Is that possible to get custom magnets and how long it takes?
Yes, we can provide custom magnets as your requirements, but some fees will be charged accordingly due to high cost in mold of manufacturing and tooling fees.
What magnets can you supply?
We can supply NdFeB magnets, AlNiCo magnets, SmCo magnets, ferrite magnets, flexible rubber magnets and all kinds of magnetic assemblies.
What elements affect the magnet price?

Shape and size : disc(DxH), blocks(LxWxH), ring(ODxIDxH) belong to regular shape , arc magnets are popular used in motors or generators , before quotation and batch production , we have to confirm the technical drawing and samples, other irregular shape magnets are also can be made according to request. 2. Is there a North and South Pole or one pole?
All magnets have a north and south pole. There is no such thing as a monopole magnet. ALL magnets attract and repel. There is no such thing as a magnet that just "attracts only". A magnet must have a North and South Pole. North to North repel and South to South repel. North to South attract and South to North attract.
